Boston, the state’s largest public school district, announced Monday that schools will not open Tuesday because of expected extremely cold temperatures. Another excuse to non-teach.

I'm 78. Wow...cold in winter...in January...here in Upstate New York.
Same sh**, different year.
The only thing different is the increase in the cost of gas...in my home AND in my tank.

We had temps like that all of last week. No schools or businesses closed.

Someone should pass the word that there are covid tests available for free somewhere. Perhaps we could get a bunch of liberals falling over waiting in the cold for their covid test kit.

If this was a hot spell, it would be heralded as proof positive
of global warming.
Now it means nothing.
A few years back, my region was 5-15 degrees below the
average for the first six months of the year. Meant nothing.
Three days of hot weather, the sky is falling.
