Historian sparks fury by comparing the January 6 riot to the HOLOCAUST during MSNBC appearance to mark first anniversary of the violence

A woke Historian has sparked fury online after comparing the January 6 riot to the Holocaust during an MSNBC appearance making the first anniversary of the violence at the Capitol.

During an MSNBC appearance on Thursday to mark the one year anniversary of the Capitol riots Rice University history professor Douglas Brinkley boldly compared the days events to that of the Holocaust - which saw 11 million people exterminated by the Nazis - Pearl Harbor and the September 11 attacks.

Brinkley told MSNBC anchor Craig Melvin that there is irreputable proof of what happened that day and history wont be kind those who try to downplay the events and evoked the Holocaust.

I noticed the DC Swamp talking points from yesterday was to compare January 6 to Pearl Harbor and 9-11. I guess Brinkley took it a step more and invoked the Holocaust. I guess I missed the part where MAGA Einsatzgruppen dug a trench, rounded up Democrats and Republicans who voted to certify the election, took them outside to the trench, and shot them in the back of the head. I thought the 9-11 and Pearl Harbor comparisons were eye rolling but comparing to the Holocaust is disguisting.
