Two cases will be argued today beginning at 10.
National Federation of Independent Business v. Department of Labor (OSHA Mandate)
and Biden v. Missouri (Healthcare mandate)

Thank you for starting this thread. I’m trapped in a videoconference meeting with a member who has gone on and on and on.
Thousands have been working without being vaccinated for almost two years. Emergency?? or Blackmail?
OSHA is proposing the same rule on a permanent basis. The ETS was used to get a quick effective date.
But when this virus burns out, as all do, the reason for the rue burns out with it — the rule will remain, just the same.
This is the way government works. It is unreasonable imposition of pointless regulation in order to condition the public into submission to authority.
And they will justify this by “the public voted for this,” plus “it’s all right there in the constitution.”
Pray for them. They are bad people.
I did lay out the specifics.
The decision will be 6-3 one way or another.
is it constitutional or not? That's the only question that needs to be resolved.
Not only that but the shots don’t work anyway.
This is an attempt to define the "it" part, and presumed in there, with a suitable "it," the federal mandate is constitutional.
Incredible amount of policymaking going on in the court, including assessing how many people will quit their jobs.
That's not their job, and of course you and they know that.
We're back to "it's a tax" .... un-freaking-believable.
Will VAERS statistics be considered or even mentioned?
The ONLY way that will EVER occur is through the business end of a rifle.
Social utility policy. They’ll find a way to uphold what they believe to be the most collectively, socially beneficial course of action. Individual liberty, liberty even at the expense of “the public good” (which is a separate argument in this case) doesn’t even factor into their thinking.
Small hospitals and healthcare facilities like those where I live will be hit hard. Emergency Surgeries & healthcare will be dramatically curtailed causing people to DIE.
That's exactly what these bastards want.
Then why bother even making such? Seems to me an attempt to troll.
Dumb question, maybe somebody knows off hand and can save me research time:
Given the gravity and time sensitive nature of this decision, is this one of those cases for immediate resolution and ruling? Doesn’t make sense that they’d rule in the Sumer with all the rest.
As in all things government, our government only rewards failure. In that aspect, no greater example than this one is on full display. This vaccine is an absolute failure. That failure has only shown to reward and grow their scope and power. So in the halls of government there is no greater love of a mandated vaccine that provides no immunity, requires more government involvement, and may even spread the virus more. It’s a true success by government standards of largesse and an iron grip on the masses and industry.
Can not agree more.
The kick off part is growing near.
SCOTUS plans to rule relatively quickly. These arguments are occuring before the annual social-managing session is usually open.
Well I suppose that would be a great way to hide results for say.... 75 years.
WAIT????
Concur. Even our local GOP has a “leader” that are telling the precient leaders they CAN’T SPEAK during meetings. That NOBODY can speak during meetings. Like the school boards are doing. We are fighting back, of course.
