The Solicitor General also states there is no employer mandate. I’m hearing “if you like your dr you can keep your doctor.” You can but it will bankrupt you just like an employer opting out, or an employee going with the testing option.

Once government has decided it can and will do something it must go forward, otherwise their hold of power and authority in the eye of the public is questionable. Deep state bureaucrats know this.
