Barrett kept asking “when does the emergency expire,” but ETS have a 6 month life, by statute. Whther or not the emergency expires, the ETS expires as a matter of statutory law.
Hopefully not a way to grant a time period extension.
To me this whole thing is about how to enable mail in voting in the end by granting a power to a federal agency that it should not have.
They will think of another way to reintroduce that aspect if this thing is upheld...
Bottom line. This is not about protecting citizens.....
In this scenario the entity hurt is the employer....
They will suffer lost productivity/profits by people not be able to work due to an illness.
Not because they are “ vaccinated” with no guarantee that , the vaccine
( which its not) actually prevents illness.
