Some of those are felony disorderly conduct so he could do a little time but probably not much if any. He's a convicted felon now though and loses some covil rights.

The “Empire” actor was found guilty in five counts of disorderly conduct but acquitted in one count.
Smollett, 39, was charged with six counts of disorderly conduct for allegedly hiring a confidant and his brother to assault him on a frigid night in January 2019, scripting even the racial slurs and “MAGA” slogan they were to shout as they attacked.
He was found guilty in five counts but acquitted in one count.

I'm not surprised. The evidence was overwhelming, and the prosecutor knows his business too well to let a runaway jury slip through voir dire.
I will be surprised if he does any prison time, though.
