I personally think this is going to backfire worse than anyone
can imagine right now.
Employers, NGOs, government agencies that are firing people,
are violating their civil rights.
“At will” does not cover someone infringing on your civil
rights, and there is a clear cut case of this not simply
being a firing at will. It is because these people would
not surrender their civil rights.
This is going to backfire massively.

This is a massive operation, and the government is
ignoring it completely.
That makes the government equal to some of the biggest
names in crime.

I would say that differently: the government is in on it.

I can see a settlement in at least seven figures, perhaps eight.
I would guess around three boosters at least. Pretty much all the vaxed I know have gotten or are planning on getting their booster ASAP. They will get one again in spring, and another next fall. By then I think they will begin to see that if they chose not to get the booster, they too would be in the sub-class and maybe begin to register some amount of complaint.
That is a long haul though, right up to the 2022 mid-term elections.
