I personally think this is going to backfire worse than anyone
can imagine right now.
Employers, NGOs, government agencies that are firing people,
are violating their civil rights.
“At will” does not cover someone infringing on your civil
rights, and there is a clear cut case of this not simply
being a firing at will. It is because these people would
not surrender their civil rights.
This is going to backfire massively.
If you think that paying people for not working with government dollars was crippling to the economy, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet.
