This is a network type of thing, and it’s tentacles are
broad and lengthy.
Everyone with an ounce of sense is aware of it.
People can’t exist without income. These people aren’t
working.
They travel from riot to riot. They have lodging. They
eat. They have local transportation. They are supplied
riot necessities on site.
This is a massive operation, and the government is
ignoring it completely.
That makes the government equal to some of the biggest
names in crime.
