This is the moment a hangry Chipotle customer whips out a gun and shouts, “Somebody better give me my food!” after being told the restaurant is closing soon.
Surveillance video, released by police Wednesday, shows the woman threatening a cashier at a Chipotle in the Roosevelt Mall in Philadelphia last Saturday night.
Police said the unidentified woman was waiting in line to order just before 5 p.m. when the manager announced the store was closing soon.
The manager said all remaining customers had to place their orders online because the restaurant was short on staff.

"Short staffed" doesn't mean "somebody called in sick" the way it used to. Now it means "nobody wants to work any more and we simply don't have the people to run this place". It probably should not have been open at all.
She wasn’t gonna let them walk all over her.
Freely choosing to not serve someone is not “walking all over them.” Pulling a gun is assault with a deadly weapon.
Hey man, you go to order at a place that is open and they refuse to take your order and demand you order online.
Justified.
It takes no more effort on the part of the staff to listen to your order and make it up then it does to read your order and make it up.
If you truly can not do anything else shut the doors and say you are closing and you are sorry but you will not be able to serve anyone who has not already placed an order.
The order on line because we are short staffed is a bunch of BS.
She just needed a Snickers bar
The only justification for assault with a deadly weapon is self-defense against a deadly weapon. Hardly the case here.
She’s a loon. Hope you’re not.
I'm pretty sure it's a Chipotle commercial, it's one where some guy is searing chicken thighs on a flat top. It literally makes me gag back vomit, and I've never done anything more than inadvertently smelled it.
I have eaten at a dozen different Chipotle restaurants and I have never had a problem with a badly wrapped burrito that fell apart in two seconds. They usually don’t fall apart until the very end but that is because of the physics of burritos. I know you are trying to be funny but humor needs a little bit of truth to work.
I suspect if you have poorly wrapped burritos maybe you should look inside yourself and try to find out why they don’t care about your burritos. Try being nice to the people who work there. Most of them aren’t there as a career and that is not a Chipotle issue. That is a fast food issue. It doesn’t take much, just greet the people who are going to serve you, ask them how they are doing and give them enough time to answer the question. A moment of slowing down the line, a little bit of humor, maybe smile once in a while.
She could starve to death.
So I am standing in line to place an order and they want
me to go home, fire up my computer and place an order
