Lin Wood’s lawsuit was just tossed by the 11th circuit because they said he doesn’t have standing.
The obvious question is what standing does Matthew Braynord have?
The courts aren’t even bothering to look at the evidence of fraud. They’re just looking at procedural matters.
Matt says he wants the SOS to verify his findings.
This is being tried in the court of public opinion and they are getting very well educated on the fraud. Too bad Fox does not bother to report both sides of the news anymore.
Matt is also working with the FBI which carries weight.
I'm not sure that's correct. From what I read in this thread, "The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta agreed with the lower court, saying Wood had failed “to allege a particularized injury” and the request was moot anyway since Georgia had already certified the election."

Wood’s lawsuit failed to demonstrate standing and it was to stop the certification. He did not show standing (his best claim) and it was a moot point because the state certified.
From what I have read and heard from lawyers we know and trust, it was expected that the suit would not prevail on appeal and the 11th Circuit decision is unlikely to be reviewed by SCOTUS.
Matt is doing some great work. He says he has found far more invalid votes than are needed to change the result. Time is not our friend though nor is the Sec. of State and the Georgia legislature is not helping either.
His lawsuit was filed before the results were certified... this was an appeal.
He is a GA voter and he has as much right as anyone to file a lawsuit saying that our votes were disenfranchised by fraud.
I am not disagreeing that I believe he should have standing, but the lawyers disagreed (including Trump attorney’s). The sought after relief is already a settled matter for the court (certification).
I never put much hope in Lin’s first lawsuit. I think the subsequent legal filings are much more substantial. The fact remains though that the biggest impediment to winning this has been the legislature and the Georgia Sec. of State. Neither of them have really helped. The Governor has not either.
They are more afraid of being labeled as “racist” than they are of Trump supporters wanting them to do the right thing. Just my .02
Thank God for the fighters, too bad the GA GOP and the US house and senate and federal justices have abandoned election integrity. Here comes communism.

OK, what’s stopping the courts from using this same reasoning in Matt Braynard’s case?

Nothing is stopping a court from making any ruling they want, as we’ve unfortunately seen lately.
Throwing everything we have up against the wall to see what sticks is the only option, with this short time frame though.
