Trial balloons, seeing what sticks, etc. Every lawsuit has some merit, whether rejected or not.

So... Wood’s first lawsuit, on 11/13? That is the one that said the SOS should not have entered into an agreement with the democrats which changed our voting laws on signature verification without GA legislature. Even some our legislators are agreeing that that was unlawful and are pushing to overturn that.

The TRO filed on 11/18 was about stopping certification until allegations of fraud culex need investigated.

The problem was, when the judge ruled on the TRO, he also threw in the first suit, which was highly usual. Thus the appeal.

Did the appeals judge also rule against the TRO AND the 11/13 lawsuit!

I have a theory: What if all of these rapid lawsuits are just a distraction. Keep it all in the news, keep our spirits up for the REAL SHOW... that is Sidney Powell’s Dominion Lawsuit. Frankly all these anecdotal stories are interesting, and tell a larger story, but still we don’t know if it is enough to make legislatures overturn.... The key HAS to be DOMINION. Powell sounds as cool as a cucumber. She says there is plenty of time. Thoughts?

This is ALL for the court of public opinion.

Neither side is going to accept the results...even though our side really won.

But the court of public opinion is important just like getting people behind the war effort in WWII was.

And if anybody thinks that is not the most likely scenario, they are unfortunately mistaken.

dems are willing to tear this country apart in a war to get their way.

And it sickens me.

The federal judge who tossed Wood’s suit noted that the matters in it should have been brought before a State court, not federal. I’ve searched in 5 different articles and none of them state what court Braynard’s litigation was filed in (but they all call it a “Georgia lawsuit” so maybe that at least implies State court). It does appear that the plaintiff is a candidate to be a Trump elector in Georgia. You would think an elector defrauded out of his office would have standing, but it’s not only the Lord that has mysterious ways.

I just read the judge is the same one who enforced the ruling removing the 10 commandments from the Alabama courthouse.

Lin Wood’s lawsuit was just tossed by the 11th circuit because they said he doesn’t have standing.

This question may be answered further down in the thread; I haven't read all the replies yet. But I don't understand how Lin Wood lacks "standing". Isn't he a resident of Georgia? And unless I'm thinking of a different lawsuit altogether, wasn't he filing suit AS a voter of the State of GA?

To All: I see that the question in my above post was already answered by multiple posters. I should have read all the comments BEFORE putting up my post. Sorry about that!

Yes, he is a voter in GA.

Apparently we, as Georgians, have no right (standing) to argue that our laws were not followed in this election.

The fact remains though that the biggest impediment to winning this has been the legislature and the Georgia Sec. of State. Neither of them have really helped. The Governor has not either.

Did you see the news about a Loeffler aide who was calling for an audit and who also happened to be dating the Governors daughter, died in a car crash yesterday?

Probably coincidence, but I see a lot of commentary from people who think it was a "message" being sent to the Governor and Sec State.

The guy now how to use data. Get the lists of who voted absentee and check: dead list, address list, call direct. The non returned mailed out ballots were reprinted in house adn filled out sent to be counted. Voter database updated. Done. nice neat computer package. only audit of operating system print logs and database logs will discover the mass of fraud. He is calling people slower methoid but effective without a direct data audit.

I have not looked to see if anyone else answered, but my understanding was this lawsuit just asked them to stop the certification, which they did.

This election is infuriating and for years most of us have called on the GOP to make voting security a priority and it has now bit us in the ass. Look at Florida - DeSantis cleaned that up, refused the ballot drop-boxes, and got rid of the crooked election officials in Palm Beach and Dade counties and Trump wins by 4% and the results were final the night of the election.

The FACT that we still have areas still counting votes and trying to “reconcile” results is inexcusable. The more chaos they put into the system the more fraud we get. Look at the numbers of votes Trump got in states that ran tight elections with immediate results - compare the percentages even for states he lost and you will see that he IMPROVED his performance, yet here we are.

The stupid party strikes again. Every single person in the GOP should LAUGH at the idiots who say voter ID is racist. It is the dumbest statement in the world, but they are so afraid of being called names.
