His lawsuit was filed before the results were certified... this was an appeal.
He is a GA voter and he has as much right as anyone to file a lawsuit saying that our votes were disenfranchised by fraud.
I am not disagreeing that I believe he should have standing, but the lawyers disagreed (including Trump attorney’s). The sought after relief is already a settled matter for the court (certification).
I never put much hope in Lin’s first lawsuit. I think the subsequent legal filings are much more substantial. The fact remains though that the biggest impediment to winning this has been the legislature and the Georgia Sec. of State. Neither of them have really helped. The Governor has not either.
They are more afraid of being labeled as “racist” than they are of Trump supporters wanting them to do the right thing. Just my .02
