I am not disagreeing that I believe he should have standing, but the lawyers disagreed (including Trump attorney’s). The sought after relief is already a settled matter for the court (certification).

I never put much hope in Lin’s first lawsuit. I think the subsequent legal filings are much more substantial. The fact remains though that the biggest impediment to winning this has been the legislature and the Georgia Sec. of State. Neither of them have really helped. The Governor has not either.

They are more afraid of being labeled as “racist” than they are of Trump supporters wanting them to do the right thing. Just my .02

Trial balloons, seeing what sticks, etc. Every lawsuit has some merit, whether rejected or not.

So... Wood’s first lawsuit, on 11/13? That is the one that said the SOS should not have entered into an agreement with the democrats which changed our voting laws on signature verification without GA legislature. Even some our legislators are agreeing that that was unlawful and are pushing to overturn that.

The TRO filed on 11/18 was about stopping certification until allegations of fraud culex need investigated.

The problem was, when the judge ruled on the TRO, he also threw in the first suit, which was highly usual. Thus the appeal.

Did the appeals judge also rule against the TRO AND the 11/13 lawsuit!

Did you see the news about a Loeffler aide who was calling for an audit and who also happened to be dating the Governors daughter, died in a car crash yesterday?

Probably coincidence, but I see a lot of commentary from people who think it was a "message" being sent to the Governor and Sec State.
