Survey of 2,500 Likely Voters was conducted September 30, October 1 and 4-6, 2020 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 2 percentage points.
If the President’s campaign is pulling ads in crucial swing states due to lack of money and allowing Biden to run massive ad buys without reply, that is bad indeed. The party has to counter Biden’s campaign or the shear tsunami of money is going to make it look like Biden is getting out and Trump is not.

The problem is that Trump going out of the hospital and taking a ride made it look like he wasn't taking Covid seriously. That's my guess as to his slip in the polls. It was self-inflicted woound.
But, there is time to turn things around.
Leaving the hospital to do a drive around and then back to hospital.

The president needs to address the VOTERS sincerely, emotionally.
Addressing your supporters at a rally is not the same thing. If he talks directly to the voters he has all the substance he needs to win.
He did not do that at the last debate. Biden did.

My whole problem with such polls is that Joe Biden is quite literally Nowhere Man.
If the Dems had a slick, smooth talking candidate out there like BJ Clinton or The Kenyan I might have to concede. But they have a man who can barely keep a coherent thought in his head, hardly steps out of the bunker, and when he does so with that mask on he looks like a wun-deprived nursing home patient who is being held for ransom.
That’s not enough to take out an incumbent. Something very odd about all of this.
Unlike some here, I think it’s entirely possible that we are headed for a Biden victory. Biden is a senile pedophile, but people choose not to see that. I heard John McLaughlin this morning. He does polling for Trump. He said these polls are meant to suppress Republican voter turnout. Trump is doing much better than the polls suggest but the Covid lies are hurting. He urges people to concentrate on what they want in the next 4 years. Surely not Biden and Harris’ nutty plans.

4 years ago at this time Trump was only -5 in their poll. Jill Stein and Gary Johnson shared the remaining 6%
