Survey of 2,500 Likely Voters was conducted September 30, October 1 and 4-6, 2020 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 2 percentage points.
Something is up across the board with these polls, but basically this is complete horse*hit. There is no way Trump only has 74% support amongst Rs and Biden is not up 18 with Indys. Do you know one person anywhere that has changed their vote from Trump and do you know any Republican that has changed their vote. This is all nonsense.

Heres how it works.
Telephone pollster: Whom are voting for this November?
Liberal: Im voting for Joe Biden! And here why...blah, blah, blah.

Conservative: (click...hangs up)
Rasmussen polls are wierd. They had him way too high at 53. And now too low, I have him at 46.8 percent approve,52.6 percent dissaprove.
what were Rasmussen’s result at this time for clinton?
No, national polling doesn’t matter since we elect by EV, not PV, but a big PV discrepancy generally also shows lagging in EV. I.e. If Trump were 12% behind nationally, he very well might be 5% behind in PA. The fact it is Rasmussen is worrisome.
i agree with you- but at this point national polls are meaningless. Here’s an interesting thread on FR: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3891496/posts
This site is getting so sad. People actually believe this crap. They never learn and play right into their hands every 4 years.
The results announced 2 weeks ago by Rasmussen had Biden +1. Hard to believe in an 11-point swing so he is +12 now. Something isn’t right.
So how much are the ChiComs paying to post B$ like this?
You are really grasping. Biden will win the electoral college if he wins the popular vote by 5 or more.
Its not over, but its not looking good.
The daily tracking does show a shift, the question is this a long term shift or a short term reaction
I heard John McLaughlin this morning. He does polling for Trump. He said these polls are meant to suppress Republican voter turnout. Trump is doing much better than the polls suggest but the Covid lies are hurting. He urges people to concentrate on what they want in the next 4 years. Surely not Biden and Harris nutty plans.
I can only say what I know.
Four years ago I believed these polls to the point where I became convinced that Trump couldn’t win. So much so that I didn’t even pay attention on election night.
I refuse to be fooled again.
What if they just made these numbers up, how would you know?
Rassmusen’s numbers are credible because they came from Rassmusen? See “circular reasoning”.
Re: 16 - Unfortunately, the best post on the thread.
There has been some movement away from Trump - that’s undeniable - even if it’s greatly exaggerated in msm polls. This is not a permanent shift. People are reacting emotionally to his Covid diagnosis (which they are blaming on the president) and also to his debate performance (the frequent interruptions). Emotions dissipate over time. Trump needs to remain calm and on message and wait for emotions to fade out. He will be back to where he was. What he shouldn’t do is try to move people’s emotions to the opposite direction by force. That never works. It only aggravates.
The Biden campaign has 1/25 the enthusiasm of the Trump campaign and we are supposed to believe Biden is in the lead?
Preparing us for the big con after they commit the biggest election fraud in history.
We need to face reality. The media, even Fox, is doing a job on President Trump and it’s working.
Many bought into the idea that everything he does is bad, even getting sick.
This is Rasmussen and a huge lead. It’s tragic but this election has not been handled well.
I could make a list but why bother now, I can’t think of an opportunity that hasn’t been squandered.
“Biden will take MA by 30 points. But it doesnt matter if its 1 point or 30. He doesnt get more EV by winning a greater margin.
I cannot believe there are still people who dont understand this.”
Maybe they are being paid by the ChiComs to clutch their pearls and say, “This is so bad!”
National poll? Pfffftttt.....
