The republican Governor just said, in effect - we would rather produce Pharmaceuticals again, which the Dems took away from us by removing our tax deal, to send it all to their buddies in the CCP, than become a poverty stricken socialist island. Alright! PR had a good GOP governor about 15 years ago - the first one in ages - who did great things for PR before he was defeated by the SEIU. I was in PR when that election was happening, and when I was talking to the hotel people, they all wanted the GOP governor to win. But they said that the leftist municipal union had all the power.

I don’t know anything about the current governor, Wanda Vazquez, but I’m gonna find out more...and in any case, I hope she has a good bodyguard, because the SEIU doesn’t take rejection lightly.
