What does the money do? I think it’s overrated. Buying political ads doesn’t make the difference it used to.

Despite what Biden claimed, Obama’s nominee was not brought up for a vote in 2016 because that was his last year in office, the year he nominated Garland, and no president has had his nominee approved under that scenario with an opposition party controlling the Senate since the 1800’s and Republicans controlled the Senate in 2016.

This is not currently the case for Trump as the President and majority Senate are now of the same party. Therefore Trump gets his pick and Obama doesn’t! Too bad for Dems. LOL.

The hearings may just swing a lot of voters away from the Harris-Biden ticket.

Good think. Unfortunately I fear the GOP is not courageous enough or imaginative enough to pursue this. Trump is trying to prod them with his tweet this morning - a sign that they’re not anxious to move.

The Left is now expecting "civility from the GOP after four years of putting us through sheer hell with their sham impeachments, their riots, their lies, their ginned up scandals and all their screaming of "not my president."

Screw them. Screw them all.

President Trump and the GOP Senate need to fast-track RGB's replacement and then we need to elect Trump for four more years so he can appoint three more.

Trump will be criticized for not waiting until Monday before moving on this. The old “the body isn’t even cold” argument.

But Trump is Trump. It’s why we elected him. He is a fighter. And he is right. It’s already past time to get going on that confirmation.

We should know by now that trying to appease leftists makes them more ambitious.

All of which is a euphemism for the real situation, viz. give a liberal a hand of friendship, and he wants to put it into the wood chipper, along with the rest of the body.

Amy
Coney
Barrett

Dare the stupid RINOs to vote against HER.

Watch the Democrats soil themselves trying to Bork her but not wanting to be too obvious about it while the Catholic and suburban women voters watch. Watch the Left self-immolate.

The GOP is going to raise millions on this to help keep the Senate, this could save the seat in Ariz since many conservatives who wouldn’t vote for her will now do so.

The Senate is not subject to any two bit judge

The Presidents nomination is not subject to the whims of any two bit judge.

The judiciary is simply not part of the action between the Executive and Legislative branches.

The Wicked Witch of the East was confirmed 42 days after she was nominated

It should take 4.2 days to replace the dead Commie.
Just do it.

Question will be if Mitch forces a vote. Portman will have no choice, Yea or Nay, what’s gonna be Rob? No vote is a Nay in my book

“Joe Biden told reporters when he landed in Wilmington last night: “The voters should pick the president. And the president should pick the justice for the Senate to consider.””

OK Joe. The voters picked the President in 2016 and Trump is the President right now picking her replacement.

Mitch doesn’t like to force losing votes, but on this one he might roll the dice. *IF* the nominee gets out of committee.

For the quickest possible confirmation of a conservative to the USSC, perhaps Trump should nominate Ted Cruz, who he just added fo his list a few days ago.

Cruz is a well-known figure already to the public and to his Senate colleagues. Of course, the Dems are going to fight the nominee no matter who it is, but I think this puts Trump in the best position to get the seat filled by a solid conservative Constitutionalist.
