@TomFitton
Ruth Bader Ginsburg was confirmed 42 days after she was nominated by President Bill Clinton.
@RealDonaldTrumps nominee should get the same speedy consideration by the Senate.

Cases and litigants await.
Speaking of Tom Fitton, nominate HIM!!!
Interesting fact Re: RBG. In spite of being pro racial quota, one POC law clerk in 40 years.
We should know by now that trying to appease leftists makes them more ambitious.
That’s my president. He and McConnell gamed this out months ago. He’ll play it smartly, and dems step in it and piss off the voters (they’re starting early, with media openly calling for violence). The dems are so predictable, he’ll play them like a fiddle as always.
The left has spent their capital on the virus and anarchy this year. The news is constantly hyperbolic and most of the nation is fatigued by it and pays them less attention now than they did just a few years ago.
All their predictions and projections when Trump was elected have fallen flat. Trump has real results that made real improvements for the nation. They have dire predictions and hysteria. They ignore the results that disprove their predictions and simply move on to some newly manufactured outrage. They are the “boy who cried wolf.”
Good summary of events.
Thanks for the link.
Democrats would fill the seat.
Everyone knows that.
I’m hearing our rino Ohio Senator Rob Portman has joined with Liberal Sherrod Brown and wants to wait until after the election.
The virus has ceased to exist as a news story.
I'd love to see Ted Cruz demand that Harris recuse herself from the confirmation hearings on the grounds that she would be directly impacted by the result as the Democrat Vice-Presidential nominee.
Of course, Harris will refuse.
Americans will get a very up-close view of her as she interrogates Amy Coney Barrett, and will not like what they see.
The hearings may just swing a lot of voters away from the Harris-Biden ticket.

Cavuto said shortly after announcement of RBG death the Dems raised 6 million dollars when they sent an email out about needing money to stop Trump from appointing SC slot.
Nothing about how much Repubs raised if any money.
Oh wow. The only to get through then would be a recess appointment. Murkowski, possibly Collins, Romney now these two, not going to be good.
