That’s my thing, Dems always move forward with things they want even if they are unpopular, knowing its impossible to undo things once they are done. If the GOP moved forward, we’d at least have the highest court in decent shape for years to come.

You are correct this is bad news. The rats had no enthusiasm for Joe this is going to send into a frenzy. It is a bad break make no mistake.
In my opinion, there are at least four GOP senators who will not allow this to go forward, and probably three or four more who will join them. Nothing will happen until after the election.

If MItch wants to get re-elected he will bring the vote. He’s in a tight race.
Romney, Murkowski and Collins will come out against a Trump pick to give cover to McConnell and Graham.
