That’s my thing, Dems always move forward with things they want even if they are unpopular, knowing its impossible to undo things once they are done. If the GOP moved forward, we’d at least have the highest court in decent shape for years to come.

Not if Biden wins and we lose the senate. The dems would expand the court till they get a majority.
