hot spicy does release endorphins....which help everything, including, I’d think, though modestly a bit of pain
Yes tuna will work, and on occasion, you should substitute it with carp.
I guess it makes your brain kick out natural pain endorphins ....something to that effect.

The right way to take bitter melon is with a special mustard sauce available in certain Asian stores. Otherwise yes, quite nasty. But when has anything good for you ever tasted nice ?
