The right way to take bitter melon is with a special mustard sauce available in certain Asian stores. Otherwise yes, quite nasty. But when has anything good for you ever tasted nice ?

I see they sell Kasundi on Amazon too. It's an acquired taste and not everyone is going to like it. Not at first.
