Not eating a bunch of sugar also reduces blood sugar levels.

Geez, people, have some character.

Oats “low on the glycemic index”?

The author is either ignorant or deliberately lying.

At 55 oats rates above orange juice and apple juice, only 10 points below pure sucrose.

These aren't foods that reduce blood sugar levels. They are foods the will raise blood sugar levels if you eat them instead of other foods that will do so even more.

If you really want to reduce blood sugar levels then don't eat food that raise blood sugar, including a number of the ones on this list.

While there are no foods that will cause blood sugar levels to drop dramatically...

Cinnamon supplements reduces blood sugar by about 10%.

All plant-based foods have carbohydrates (sugar).

All animal-based foods have protein and fats (essential amino acids and essential fatty acids).

Plants are Nature’s way of converting sunlight into sugar.

Note that the article lists plant-based foods as the way to lower sugar — when in fact, they are the source of sugar. That’s why people have a lot of sugar in their blood — and bodies — because they put it there following the advice of these registered dieticians and other health-care professionals who make a handsome living off of all the obesity and diabetes it produces.

Unfortunately, instead of living prolonged lives in declining health, that underlying health condition makes them particularly susceptible to new viruses. The second segment of the population most susceptible to such poor immunity — are the health care professionals (caregivers) — because they follow their own flawed advice.
