Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on Tuesday called for the arrest of violent protesters while taking questions for the first time in 28 days.
The former vice president struck a discordant tone with fellow liberals who insist protests against the May killing of George Floyd by Minnesota police are peaceful, and that authorities are to blame for any violence in Portland and other cities.
“I think we do need to hold those who violate the law accountable,” Biden said. “We should never let what’s done in a march for equal rights overcome what the reason for the march is. And that’s what these folks are doing. And they should be arrested — found, arrested and tried.”
Biden’s call for the prosecution of violent protesters may further alienate leftist politicians uneasy with Biden’s decades of centrist policies.
This week, Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) said she would not endorse Biden and a co-chair of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign, former Ohio state Sen. Nina Turner, likened voting for Biden to eating a “bowl of ---t.”
The event was the first time Biden took questions since a June 30 briefing.

Yes and for their votes in those cities as well. They've burned their own Democratic cities after COVID and then put them under siege. There may be a few left who haven't fled who will vote Trump simply out of disgust for the Democrats, but I'll bet the majority of those city dwellers just don't vote out of fear of being beaten up by Antifa or BLM.

Thus it appears that all the riots can be hung around the necks of the Marxicrats. It’s time for the Marxicrats to distance themselves from the riots and once again PRETEND to be for law and order. At least up to the election.

Imagine a political party where taking a stand against destroying public and private property and killing innocent people makes you not just an outlier but a radical among your own people.
The only thing questions that remain in this election cycle are: which human turd has Biden been holding a place for, and how egregious will their attempt to steal it actually be?
Unfortunately most are unable to escape right now. They will vote, and may tell people they are voting for the person opposite of who they really will vote for, President Trump.
After the election things will change when President Trump is reelected, if you get my drift. 8>)
Basically, Trump has little to risk here. What states are the riots in?
* Seattle - state won by Dems in 2016.
* Portland - state won by Dems in 2016.
* Chicago - state won by Dems in 2016.
* New York - state won by Dems in 2016.
They can all burn to hell for all I care.
* St. Louis - won by Trump in 2016.
* Atlanta - won by trump in 2016.
* Detroit - won by Trump in 2016.
These are the states where Trump should deploy federal troops.
