The Supreme Court on Wednesday lifted another injunction on the Trump administration's rapid push to resume federal death sentences this week.
A divided court lifted one of a handful of injunctions temporarily blocking the execution of a man whose lawyers say suffers from severe dementia.
The vote was 5-4 with the liberal justices — Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor — dissenting.

People should stop calling John Roberts a liberal. At worst, he is an unreliable conservative. No liberal in the nation will vote for the death penalty in 2020.
So the insane murderer needs to be kept alive in a cage for... why?
Let the liberal judges pay the $84,000 a year to keep him in comfort till he dies of old age.

How did Ginsberg dissent? Isn’t she in the hospital for some serious conditions?
Well, the judge is 0 for 2.
Ginsburg moves fast. Did she jog from the hospital bed to the courthouse?
She was released today but I suppose she can work from home or the hospital.
Roberts needs to have a chit-chat with his kind of Federal Judge.

Very nice looking woman! Too bad she’s unable to face the fact that some people just need to be executed.

I don’t. If a Justice can’t show up at the Supreme Court Building then his vote shouldn’t count - how does anyone know who is on the other side of the phone line, laptop or whatever?
