Everyone on death row should have already been executed within hours after they were convicted, and in any truly civilized country they would have been.
I disagree as they are entitled to appeals, after all there are bad prosecutions done out there. However keeping a known killer alive for decades must be stopped.
The one they whacked the other day tortured 3 Alabama people to death, and there was no reason to keep that POS alive.
But in all cases, they do deserve the appeals.
