The sweet spot to solve all “inequality” is $100 grand a month.

Do this and hot dogs will soon cost ten dollars apiece.

Money represents work.

I think it will take far less time. I really think that it will wrap up around the end of the month, maybe a little bit into June but not much longer than that. I mean sanity requires that we stop at some point.

We can’t continue this forever.

Our bounty is not endless.

Stupid. I live in a city that has sort of opened up and my painting contractor can’t get any of his former employees to call him back because they’re making more by not working.

Why would employed families making $150K+ need any additional cash, given the crisis and more dire situations elsewhere—let alone up to or over an additional $100K per year?

If needed to keep up with inflation, that leaves the lower-end folks, as always, still more exposed.

However I’d venture to say in SF that buys a loaf of bread.

And all the “essential” workers, including all the government workers, and all the workers that have not lost their jobs and any one who has not lost their income need and deserve this because??????

Might be a lot less public dollars to do this instead of all the current state and federal entitlements.

Could RIF a whole lot of drones in government cubicle hives.

$24,000 per year is a huge windfall when you couple it with an indefinite suspension of foreclosure actions and evictions.

Talking about states going bankrupt, California is now facing a budget deficit of $54 billion, with $18 billion cut from school funds. The state, unlike the federal government, cannot print money. Get ready for the governor to come running to the feds for a bailout.

It’s a political ploy. The Republican Senate votes it down or Trump vetoes it and the Democrats have an issue going in to the election. Trump denies help to the poor and middle class!

Those special dollars can be redeemed in Zimbabwe, but you must provide your own gunny-sack and wheelbarrow to transport the “dollars”.    /democratSNARK
