And, at least this announcement will put to rest the.... Cuomo’s going to get the nomination or Cuomo’s going to be VP bs.

You’re right. I said at the very beginning of this that the government reaction is going to cause much more harm to this country than any virus ever could, and every day I see this confirmed.

Cuomo knows that New York cannot survive as an ongoing concern if there is a lockdown for 9 months with millions upon millions of people unemployed unable to work. He may be many things - but he knows he will never be re-elected if that occurs.

Cuomo is trying to push down Trump’s approval numbers and further crash the market. The Kung Flu is a political football for Democrats and nothing more.
If Hillary thinks Cuomo is being pushed onstage by the DNC, she’ll end that real quick.

If Cuomo is running for President or any elected office, how does shutting down the NY economy for what some are posting here is up to 9 months *win* him votes?
How does that work? I just don’t see people saying “I lost my job, have no benefit but I will vote for the guy that told me to stay home.”
Really? I just don’t see that happening. I think there’s more going on here - like he ends the shutdown early and days - “we got it down quickly in NY”.
Stick a fork in the economy its done thanks to our politicians.
I think Cuomo feels a need to “spread the pain” because a close look at the situation will show that he has run his state into the ground.
