Dont want to get screamed at but I listened and he did not say a 9 month lockdown but he mentioned this could last 4 to 9 months, whatever that means

He was referring to the COVID-19 outbreak.
So he’s ruling out any drugs that can cure it.

But I don’t see it getting to that. Cuomo is preaching gloom and doom and pairing the worst possible scenario. I can’t tell if he believes it or not.
