NEW YORK (AP) The Trump administration can withhold millions of dollars in law enforcement grants to force states to cooperate with U.S. immigration enforcement, a federal appeals court in New York ruled Wednesday in a decision that conflicted with three other federal appeals courts.

Onto the SCOTUS!
Nice - feel the ‘Burn’ feel the pain !!!
Those localities that are shielding fraudulently documented foreigners from US laws are in insurrection to the United States of America.
Time for a statement from the White House about how they hope to work with each of these states, and would never want to cut funding.... even though now they can. Say the right stuff etc.... then November 4 all funding gets cut.
Well, well......... how do you like them apples secessionist California.
Where Sotomayor roids will flare up again.

Andy the boy Cuomo is accelerating the collapse of New York State.
HOORAY New York federal appeals court. HOORAY Chief.
Give the invaders the homes of any of the Sanctuarians, their families, their friends. They might become better Americans.
Good ruling here, but in general, the federal courts are operating completely outside the original intent of the founders.
They are out of control and the executive branch is going to have to start ignoring them.
Great, but honestly: there is no reason these “leaders” of these sanctuary places can’t be ARRESTED and IMPRISONED.
We can only hope that Californication secedes.
Personally, I’d LOVE to see Federal Marshals arrest one of these big-mouth sanctuary city Mayors - you know, do a 3am Flashbang Party with Ninja bodyarmor boys, riot shields, SWAT armored vehicles, etc., - to make an example.
You know, like they did to Roger Stone - except this would be for REAL crimes...
By abrogating Federal Law, California has already seceded
You know I’m in a quandary over this. Why? because: Since the 1930s, federal law has declared the use, sale or distribution of marijuana illegal.
And yet we have states that allow it to be sold even at the recreational level and the Fed does nothing about it. It makes me think of obama and how he and now Trump selectively enforce our federal laws. Don’t get me wrong, I love President Trump but this selective enforcement crap just grates on me.
The issue should turn on what’s in the statutes, but it’s good to have at least one court that’s not on the Democrats’ side for a change.
