California AG Becerra: "We Are Suing Trump, 4 States Are Joining Us" (46th lawsuit against Trump)

California AG Xavier Becerra said the state will “definitely and imminently” be filing its 46th lawsuit against the Trump administration, this one over the president’s recent national emergency declaration on the southern border.

“We are prepared,” Becerra, a Democrat, said on “This Week” Sunday. “We knew something like this might happen, and with our sister state partners, we are ready to go.”

“We’re confident there are at least 8 billion ways that we can prove harm,” Becerra said, adding that “once we are all clear, all the different states are clear, what pots of money that taxpayers sent to D.C. he’s going to raid, which Congress dedicated to different types of services; whether it’s emergency response services, or whether it’s fires or mudslides in California, or maybe tornadoes and floods in other parts of the country, or whether it’s our military men and women and their families who live on military installations that might – that might have money taken away from them, or whether it’s money taken away from drug interdiction efforts in places like California, a number of states, and certainly Americans, will be harmed.”

Becerra specified to ABC News after his interview that New Mexico, Oregon, Hawaii and Minnesota will be joining California in the lawsuit.

Circa Sept 2016, the Paki spy operation was full-blown, using Xavier Becerra’s House Democratic Caucus computers in anomalous ways:
<><> logging on as “system administrators”
<><> changing identities
<><> logging onto Cong Becerra’s server using 17 different user account credentials
<><> some credentials belonged to Democrat House members
<><> the Awans did not work for 9 of the 17 offices to which user accounts belonged.
<><> investigations found “possible storage of sensitive House information” outside the House
<><> Dropbox is installed on two Democratic Caucus computers used by the suspects
<><> user accounts had thousands of files in their Dropbox folder on each computer
<><> Using Dropbox is against House rules because it uploads files offsite.
<><> Wash/Po reported “Based on the file names, some of the information is likely sensitive.”
<><> post-awan clean up discovered many computer set-ups were little more than “thin clients”
<><> computer set-ups were portals to an outside computer.
<><> Awans were using terminal servers from a computer in a different location.
<><>Virtual Private Networks can make a server’s hard drive appear to be local to a computer.
<><> remote sessions remained active for months at a time.
<><> data was always out of the members’ possession
<><> the Awans were using Becerra’s House Democratic Caucus as their central service warehouse.
<><> the Awans collectively logged onto Becerra’s Caucus system 5,735 times, avg 27 per day
<><> other offices were accessed less than 60 times.
<><> the pattern of login activity suggests steps were taken to conceal their activity
<><>aggregating multiple members’ data means all that data was absconded with
<><> L/E said Becerra’s entire Democratic Caucus server physically disappeared while being monitored by L/E.
<><> no scenario exists where the Awan clan’s access was appropriate
<><> House members are not allowed to accept services from people not on their payroll
<><> House employees are not permitted to log in to servers of members for whom they do not work.
<><> House policies are codified by law.

California is at war with the union.

California liberal democrats are at war with the union and anything else remotely conservative. Not the entire population of California.

We have more conservatives here than many north eastern states put together. Please don't lump us all in with the communist, power mad democrats.

Hey California AG Xavier Becerra where do I send you service for the lawsuit I plan to bring since the runoff water in Cities such as San Francisco does not meet applicable California and Federal pollution standards due to the homeless using the streets as bathrooms.

WHY ARE WE ALLOWING CITIZENS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
ENTERING ILLEGALLY GRANTING THEM RIGHTS
THAT THEIR COUNTRY DENY US HAVING
WHEN ENTERING IT LEGALLY ???
It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen doing so. Subject to reciprocal citizen treatment a citizen of the United States receives in Mexico through the Mexican constitution on citizenship .

Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote, and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal.prohibiting citizens of Mexico or countries with similar restrictions from doing both voting and land ownership.. .

Another California Red heard from. And my cat just farted. That was much more significant than Becerra’s imitation of Fidel Castro.

What the US learned from Barack Obama was: “States cannot make immigration policy>” Beccera didn’t get that message. He believes that Sacramento makes US policy on immigration. Beccera is acting like a Confederate

I most certainly did not lump anyone in with the ‘state of California.’ The state of California is a distinct group of people in the state government waging this war.

It is never the case that all people in a state support the actions of the state.

The courts will determine the facts:

Trump has the legal authority to act.

The Attorney General of California doesn’t like it.

Next case.

I just get kinda’ sick of hearing people think it’s a good idea to cut us all off from the country because of what our asshole, power mad democrats are doing. I do realize it’s hyperbole, but it still sucks.

You do realize the dems took power in the state and then rigged the game and are subverting democracy at every turn here, right? Everything here is now designed by democrats to deny power to any and all republicans.

Every elected democrat in other states are plotting to bring the same kind of suppression of conservatives to their states. This is coming to every other state if it’s not stopped cold here. If we can’t defeat them here it will be repeated over and over until it’s the end of the Republic.

“it’s money taken away from drug interdiction efforts in places like California”

If no drugs come across the border,
there’s no need for interdiction.
