Is the male reproductive system poorly designed?
by Jerry Bergman
One of the latest proofs of human evolution is the poor design claim, namely that an intelligent Creator would not design some human body part in a certain way. An example is the human male reproductive system, which Rowe listed as number four in his list of the top 10 design flaws in the human body.1 The human male reproductive system poor design claim focuses on the view that if testicles were designed, then why didnt God protect them better. Couldnt the Designer have put them inside the body, or encased them in bone like the brain which is surrounded by a hard skull?2

Calls to mind something Paul wrote:
Now the body is not a single part, but many. If a foot should say, Because I am not a hand I do not belong to the body, it does not for this reason belong any less to the body. Or if an ear should say, Because I am not an eye I do not belong to the body, it does not for this reason belong any less to the body. If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole body were hearing, where would the sense of smell be? But as it is, God placed the parts, each one of them, in the body as he intended. If they were all one part, where would the body be? But as it is, there are many parts, yet one body. The eye cannot say to the hand, I do not need you, nor again the head to the feet, I do not need you. Indeed, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are all the more necessary, and those parts of the body that we consider less honorable we surround with greater honor, and our less presentable parts are treated with greater propriety, whereas our more presentable parts do not need this. But God has so constructed the body as to give greater honor to a part that is without it, so that there may be no division in the body, but that the parts may have the same concern for one another. If [one] part suffers, all the parts suffer with it; if one part is honored, all the parts share its joy.

If they’re arguing religion, then why is this posted under news/activism?
And global climate was done incorrectly too, right Heather?
This reminds me of an old dirty joke: if God were a woman, a mans equipment would be located on his chin.
Yet another retarded academic.
If the feds give me 50 million, I will redesign it.
Thanks for posting that. If you hadn’t; I would have.
given the identity and nature of the goal and purpose of the reproductive system, if one wanted it to work properly, one would have designed it the way it was designed.
“sharing”
Maybe the idea is to give the infant, upon birth, exposure to bacteria and viruses that are in its environment. Sort of like a vaccination, but with live stuff and in a smaller, unconcentrated amount.
No hypodermic needles in cave man days.
And she needs to create her own clay. From nothing.
It works, just not nearly often enough.

I used to say that this is a true sign of someone educated “beyond their intelligence.”
I think the Lord gave us a lot of blessings specifically for sexual pleasure. So much so that one really doesn't need to stray from His plan of a monogamous married male and female.
She’s a fool of the first order, but in this insane world she’s considered educated and writes books.
Hahahahahahah!
If it is so poorly designed, why do so many women want it?
(ducks)
re: “I don’t know. I kind of like mine out where they can breathe...”
I think that was the Creator’s intent. A few degrees cooler than the body is required “for proper, overall operation.”
If it ain’t broke...
Is the male reproductive system poorly designed?
On the other hand, for women, why did God put a waste line through a recreational area?
She’s nuts.
Sperm has to be kept cool and many, if not most mammalian testes are exposed. Can’t be tucked up inside, can’t be placed in bone: would defeat the purpose.
Having the branch and berries exposed is as good an advert as flashy feathers and having them in front for easy access is always handy.
I’d say thats a nudge and a wink to the Big Guy....
