Multiple sources tonight tell me Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not even in DC, but in New York and preparing to step down from the Supreme Court.

Tough titties. They only have 47 U.S. senators, and the filibuster for SCOTUS nominations was repealed when they stupidly tried to filibuster Gorsuch’s nomination. If Ginsburg dies or retires this year or next year, there is nothing that the Democrats can do to block Trump from nominating and Senate Republicans from confirming a conservative justice to replace her.

Think the meltdown if RBG goes will be bad? Just imagine if say, the wide Latina were to suddenly kick the bucket. They aren’t expecting it and there’s always the strong possibility RBG will still go this year. We’re talking nuclear meltdown level hysteria in that case.
