Kennedy resigned July 31 and Kavanaugh was sworn in on October 6th. He missed six cases in the first week of October.
“Has Schumer said Trumps SC nominee is unacceptable yet?”
The statement and press releases are written. They’re just waiting for the name to fill in the blank.
Ruth Bader’s Buzzard
I do not think she is alive. They’re delaying the announcement.

There are two females on Trump's list. Amy Barrett (excellent) and Judge Larson (also excellent). Of the two Amy is a favorite with Trumps' base but Larson might be more acceptable to the D's. I think Barrett is the stronger choice. Doesn’t matter. The Dems can beat their heads on the walls. They are NOT going to crucify a female.
Absolutely...and the reasoning behind it was that there was no influence by a promise of a future job.
Kavanaugh wasn’t sworn in on the first cases due to the senate circus. That looks like it might make an apples and oranges argument.
