The media spin has been about how she was back to work 8 minutes after surgery. She’s competing in a jai alai tourney next weekend after she plays bongos for Green Day at the Planned Parenthood SlamFest.

Maybe one of Legal experts can help answer this question for me. Inasmuch as she is missing “Oral Arguments”, can she still rule/offer opinions on any of those cases based on the legal written briefs and the input she gets from her staff?

I question the accuracy of the source. It states RBG had surgery Dec. 15. Every other news source describes her surgery occurred Dec. 21. Exactitude of the little details reflect veracity of the story.

I don’t know how legit this story is. If it is, I’m surprised it didn’t get any traction in the media.

I estimate the credibility of any story that RBG will voluntarily retire at any point of time when DJT is POTUS as approaching zero.

She has her law clerks to do everything for her except breathe.
