Colorado state Sen. Daniel Kagan will resign in January

A Colorado Democrat whom female colleagues had accused earlier this year of frequenting a women’s restroom inside the Statehouse is resigning, a spokesman said Wednesday.
State Sen. Daniel Kagan’s departure, effective Jan. 11, will come as the Democrats retake the Colorado Senate majority following November's elections, the Denver Post reported.

“It’s been a great honor to serve the people of Colorado for just short of a decade,” Kagan said in a statement. “An important obligation of leaders, I believe, is to be open to acknowledging that it’s time to pass the torch to new leadership and, for me, that time is now.”

Its 2018. Maybe for a couple moments he self identified as female.
I might question if he has a drinking or drug problem, and just got ‘confused’.
maybe he is embarrassed about the size of his wee wee.
But, he’s a Democrat male, which means that by definition he “identifies” as a female.
So, what’s the problem?
Does he keep his cellphone on top of his shoe?
For the Dimwits...I thought it was A’OK to use whichever bathroom you wanted to.
Now, I’m REALLY confused.
As long as he was “identifying” as female during the time he was there I fail to see the problem.
Using the women’s restroom based on how you feel is the Democrat AGENDA!
“in March, state Sen. Beth Martinez Humenik filed a workplace sexual harassment complaint against Kagan, contending he had used the women’s restroom “multiple times.”
She claimed, in an interview with KUNC radio, she personally encountered Kagan in the restroom and asked “What are you doing in here?,” and claims other women who work in the Capitol have had “similar experiences.””
If he put on a dress and claimed to be transgender everything would be OK! That whole party is one big loony bin!

Wait — there are genders assigned to restrooms? How sexist!! When I want to shower I identify as a female. Same thing when I want to use the can.
How can someone be removed for being his real self?

It’s ok if a guy goes into a dressing room at Target’s - full of those flyover women - but if a guy goes into a Democrat women’s bathroom it’s not ok.
Just as long as I know the rules.
What did he do that was so awful for a DEM?

I thought demonrats are all about school boys being in the girls’ restrooms and locker rooms. How is this demanded for their children but not for themselves?
I think that's the whole idea . . . so they can ship you off to the gulag on whatever whim they deem appropriate.
Just tell them you have a particularly wide stance.

Read this last night. Odd title as it appears he only “accidentally” used a women’s bathroom once. Got to me more to this as it seems until this, Democrats wanted gender neutral bathrooms so not sure what the big deal is. One less Democrat is good, though.
