Read this last night. Odd title as it appears he only “accidentally” used a women’s bathroom once. Got to me more to this as it seems until this, Democrats wanted gender neutral bathrooms so not sure what the big deal is. One less Democrat is good, though.
Must have been a line at the mens.
For what it's worth...
in March, state Sen. Beth Martinez Humenik filed a workplace sexual harassment complaint against Kagan, contending he had used the womens restroom multiple times.
She claimed, in an interview with KUNC radio, she personally encountered Kagan in the restroom and asked What are you doing in here?, and claims other women who work in the Capitol have had similar experiences.
Sen. Kagan was accused of using the womens restroom on multiple occasions, prompting the Colorado State Patrol to limit the Senators access to the womens restroom.
In April 2018, Republican Sen. Beth Martinez Humenik filed a workplace sexual harassment complaint against Kagan for using the womens bathroom multiple times.
Kagan admitted to being in the womens restroom, but that it only happened once. Female staffers allege he has been in the same restroom multiple times, dating back to 2017.[22]
The final 21-page investigative report confirmed Senator Martinez-Humeniks claim, finding that Senator Daniel Kagan (D-3) had repeatedly engaged in this behavior, as reported by Denver CBS4 Reporter Shaun Boyd during a live broadcast on 09/20/2018 and a story posted online entitled Investigation Reveals Male State Senator Used Womens Bathroom Repeatedly [23]
