It’s all a pretty simple process at the FBI. If one investigates a Dem, you write the conclusion first exonerating or excusing that person. If one investigates a Republican or someone else you don’t like, you writeup a conclusion of that person being guilty, then you frame that person with a shame investigation.
Conclusion first, then the “investigation” to fit the conclusion the FBI wants.

And remember - Clinton gave out 40,000 PRINTED (paper) pages of her emails- which does not include any of the hidden metadata that shows routing information.
That must have been what they were doing when she disappeared for 6 weeks before the election

Among other things, isn’t that tampering with the evidence? It isn’t like the FBI doesn’t have any other computers with which to write a report - Strzok had to use a non-federal computer, owned by a criminal suspect, and which had illegally-present national security material on it. HOW IS THIS GUY NOT IN JAIL????

They colluded to obstruct justice.

Just more proof that Comey only went to work to pick up his paycheck. He wasn’t qualified for the job to begin with, and let his subordinates run the asylum.
