That is REALLY rich - the letter was created on the very laptop (well, probably one of many) where so of those emails resided.

Among other things, isn’t that tampering with the evidence? It isn’t like the FBI doesn’t have any other computers with which to write a report - Strzok had to use a non-federal computer, owned by a criminal suspect, and which had illegally-present national security material on it. HOW IS THIS GUY NOT IN JAIL????
