It’s all a pretty simple process at the FBI. If one investigates a Dem, you write the conclusion first exonerating or excusing that person. If one investigates a Republican or someone else you don’t like, you writeup a conclusion of that person being guilty, then you frame that person with a shame investigation.
Conclusion first, then the “investigation” to fit the conclusion the FBI wants.

And remember - Clinton gave out 40,000 PRINTED (paper) pages of her emails- which does not include any of the hidden metadata that shows routing information.

It isn’t like the FBI doesn’t have any other computers with which to write a report - Strzok had to use a non-federal computer, owned by a criminal suspect, and which had illegally-present national security material on it. HOW IS THIS GUY NOT IN JAIL????

You would think the FBI would have given Strzok his own computer.
