Nike went full social justice warrior this week when they signed cop-hating, America-hating Kaepernick to be the face of its newest campaign.
On Monday, Nike revealed they selected former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick to be the Nike didnt learn its lesson after seeing NFL ratings plummet because of Kaepernicks National Anthem boycott.
Stadiums often have rows and rows of empty seats because Americans are fed up with the politicization of football.face of its 30th anniversary of its Just Do It campaign.

I hope whoever made this decision is fired soon.
I guess they’re getting a taste of that “Sacrifice for what you believe in theme”....
Looks like they are getting Red Henned!
CK is ugly on the inside and outside.
Nike deserves to lose billions more.
They will need to sell a lot of sneakers to make up that $3 billion... I almost feel sorry for them /s
It takes a special class of HUAness (Head up Ass) to do this.
Would love to watch that stock drop like a rock.
I’m thinking some of the louts who purchase Nike things don’t own much stock.
Maybe at some point the corporate bigwigs will realize that CK is poison.
Or maybe not.
Brilliant job, Nike! Just brilliant!
Just screw it!
they will realize what a mistake t was after the 1st of the year when they look at there Christmas sales and hav to deal with the overstock in there warehouse. but it will take two years for the company to get rid of the promo because of doubling down from the person whose idea it was.
[Maybe at some point the corporate bigwigs will realize that CK is poison.]
Hopefully not before Nike is irreversibly-sunk.
Nike doesn’t care what white guys think.
Idiotic slogan, the Nazi’s believed in something and sacrificed everything.
Let them sacrifice at least 10% of their price/share. Virtue signaling can be expensive for stockholders.
Go to Dick’s Sporting Goods and buy some Nikes. /s
Each day this week, I’m putting in a crazy-low “buy” order on Nike. Just in case a selloff gets out of control. <^..^>
As a retired marketing guy, I can't believe the stupidity of the Nike advertising group that accepted this tripe from their ad agency.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to game out the impossible position they put themselves in: if they 'just do it' and stick with this idiocy, they lose billions of market value and customers. If they abandon the idea, already executed in print advertising, they will be viewed as hypocrites to their own brand equity established years ago with the 'just do it' branding line.
Nice going brainiacs.
