Conservative activist Dinesh DSouza faced political persecution after he directed and released anti-Obama film, 2016: Obamas America. He was indicted over illegal campaign contributions.
It was an obvious witch hunt.
On Thursday, President Trump announced publicly he would be issuing a full pardon to Dinesh DSouza.
The New York Attorney General is so angry over the presidential pardon of Dinesh that she wants to get rid of double jeopardy to go after him again.
Dinesh DSouza celebrated on his Twitter account with an epic smack down of the Obama hack who made his life hell, former US Attorney Preet Bharara.
Dinesh blasted the Obama hack on Thursday with a viral smackdown!
DSouza also thanked President Trump and everyone for praying for him and supporting him over the years.

The ComDem's behind this are pure evil. Disgusting filth.
They are the ones destroying the rule of law to satisfy their blind hate of all who disagree with them.
Products of 8 years of the ObamaNation.

Dinesh DSouza Sounds the Alarm: NY Attorney General Wants to Get Rid of Double Jeopardy to Go After Me Again (VIDEO)
Can the president give him another pardon, applicable for anything and everything at any time?
Proving his point that partisan witch hunting drives the prosecution
Lawyers are trying to run our country and it is time to take a stand because they are not impartial and very Evil minded.
Ping.
“...NY Attorney General Wants to Get Rid of Double Jeopardy to Go After Me Again...”
Time to go after and get rid of the NY AG instead. Whadda commie POS.
They can try but they will be slapped down.
They cannot jail him or detain him as he is pardoned.
They can harass him but he can sue them for harassment.
> Can the president give him another pardon, applicable for anything and everything at any time? <
Unfortunately not. The president can only issue pardons for federal crimes. So all these vengeful Democrats s need to do now is charge DSouza with a state crime. Trump would be powerless in that case as only the state’s governor can issue a pardon for a state crime.
Unfortunate. Thanks for your response.
He already served the jail time and has been out for quite a while. He probably also had paid off his fines.
Do they want to jail and fine him again?
And the AG also mentioned Scooter Libby as another example. Are. You. Kidding. Me.
Libby was a regular guy minding his own business who got caught in the jaws of legal corruption.
So any DA in a Red State that the “Clinton Foundation” did any business in could go after the Shrew ?
Ttying? They have been running this country since 1789.
She’s full shit and couldn’t get rid of Double Jeopardy.
Even if she did, she would have to overcome another hurdle “Ex Post Facto”
How many laws would she need to get rid of to get her scalp?
Doesn’t matter. It’s contrived political clap trap...
Yes.
And the New York AG believes that presidential pardons are not valid from Trump.
What we have shaping up is a case for secession. By New York.
The Pardon isn’t what really set them off. It was the very idea D’Souza would disrespect their manGod in the first place.
Why it was blasphemy of the highest order.
Heaven help us if these hacks every get full control.
The NY State Attorney General Office filed anti-Trump harassment/anti-federal/anti-US lawsuits once every THREE DAYS that Trump has held office fighting just about every order or decision he - or any of his departments - has made since Nov 2016.
True, their first Attorney General had to step down over sexual harassment charges. But their nbr two is just as bad, just as hate-filled.
Worse, theory goes, the NY Southern District filing against Trump/Trump lawyer/supporters were filed as state case to ALLOW double jeopardy to proceed, to prevent any possible pardon from being conceived!
Bet she had no problem with. Obama releasing the Puerto Rican terrorists.
The proposed NY law can’t be applied to a past crime.
An ex post facto law is unconstitutional.
If D’Souza commits a state crime in the future, then he could be prosecuted.
But he can’t be prosecuted again for a crime for which he already served time.
I doubt NY wants to open a legal can of worms.
Not for state charges.
