Gun Control ‘Walkout’ Mob Assaults Student Carrying Trump Flag

Minnesota students taking part in the national gun control walkouts on Wednesday allegedly assaulted another student carrying a Trump flag.

According to CBS, the incident occurred outside of Southwest High School and Minneapolis Police are currently investigating the incident as an assault.

Per CBS, two students taking part in the protest allegedly noticed the male victim holding the flag while standing across the street from the school.

After the two approached the victim, six other protesters followed before stealing his flag, damaging his camera and “inflicting minor injuries.”

So far, no arrests have been made in connection to the incident.

The School is absolutely liable for everything that happens during school hours on or off campus, they Own this and I suspect they will be required to pay

IMHO the schools are financially liable for damages for failing to provide a secure environment for the students entrusted to their care. If a student gets hurt or abused during school hours when they should physically be in the school its their responsibility. Any lawyers take on this?

I think it would be easy to make the case that the School itself encouraged this behavior through their one sided propaganda and willingness to allow the children to leave school during a time they were “LegallY responsible for their welfare. Their blatant irrational hostility towards guns is self evident of the hostility they purposely created against law abiding citizens that own guns.

Depends on how far the parents are willing to go, if at all.

I graduated from Southwest High in Minneapolis in 1971. I’m not surprised this happened there. Minneapolis is an extremely liberal city, in a liberal state, and the thought police are as thick as flies here. The perps will be thought of as heroes by a wide swath of the school population, and by many of their parents.

These courts get appealed all the time.

And too many appeals through the court system makes the judges themselves look bad. What happens after that ? I have no idea. But I understand there is some sort of check and balance there with ruling from the bench.
