IMHO the schools are financially liable for damages for failing to provide a secure environment for the students entrusted to their care. If a student gets hurt or abused during school hours when they should physically be in the school its their responsibility. Any lawyers take on this?
When are the funds from tax payers going to be withheld from Universities and high schools who engage in this nonsense?
