BS, mass murder is a terrorist activity and at the least should have alerted local officials.

“How many agents are slated for transfer to Fairbanks, Alaska?”

There goes Fairbanks.

Reminds me of a Blade Runner line: If you’re not cop, you’re little people.

A guy I work with has a grandniece who was shot at this. He claims her brother heard the killer yelling out something like an islamic shout during the shooting. This is third hand information. The also said they were reporting this. I’ve heard nothing about it in the media.

But it sounds like the Feds didn’t pass the information along to local law enforcement at all, let alone a timely manner. Letting things happen on purpose?

Question, and ready to be flamed——

My question is, what does law enforcement do, when they get information about a suspicious character who has not yet committed a crime???

Or can also ask, can someone be arrested for putting inflammatory words on the internet? Or should he have been under surveillance 24/7???

What exactly is the law and procedure for someone who appears threatening but hasn’t done anything to warrant being arrested???

Not helping the FBI’s already tarnished reputation. The one question I have is how many such tips the FBI receives? Unless they are swamped with tips such as this, then their failure to act here seems inexcusable.

>>So WHO gave the order to field agents to STAND DOWN? We all know the Deep State gun grabbers WANT school shootings to happen in order to forward the ensuing “ban guns” narrative exactly as we’re seeing in this case, so..
>>WHO AT THE FBI GAVE THE ORDER TO STAND DOWN in order to ALLOW this school shooting to happen?

They FBI is the Deep State. They don’t need orders to do what they know the Deep State wants done.

Everyone should write the President and let him know just what we think of Wray as FBI Director. We don’t need a weak FBI Director who is, like Jeff Sessions, an apologist for an agency sorely in need of a complete overhaul top to bottom. Wray’s mealymouthed crap about “being committed to getting to the bottom of the matter” with respect to Parkland is BS! This guy is definitely “low T!”

Cruz had cops and authorities out to his house 39 times over the last 7 years. Were no crimes committed here? Of course there were.

His facebook post alone was a felony.

Cruz should have been locked away a long time ago.

There is definitely a problem in this country with over-enforcement for the law abiding and under enforcement for the lawbreaking.

They say he had no record previous to the mass-shooting, but the threats he made are in fact crimes against federal law and the penalty is five years in prison.

The existing law was not enforced against this individual, instead, they want to create a whole slew of other laws that will also be selectively enforced.

“What exactly is the law and procedure for someone who appears threatening but hasn’t done anything to warrant being arrested???”

Well, for openers, they surely should be “taggng” any Form 4473s for this guy to make sure he’s denied the purchase of any guns! Can you imagine how different the response would have been had the “shooter” written about his intention to go to Congress and shoot up the place? The FBI’s hair would have been on fire getting this guy into custody. The truth is, us “little people” are not of enough concern to the FBI and the Just Us Department either.

So has that dip $hit FIB agent-in-charge been fired, or at least demoted for lying at a national press conference yesterday?

Much to do about nothing, as his crime was not a federal matter.

Not quite. Transmitting threatening messages via e-mail is a federal crime in the United States.
