Scientists Expect Chocolate to Go Extinct by 2050

You may love chocolate, but you should probably start preparing yourself to say goodbye to it: Scientists at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration have predicted that cacao plants are likely to go extinct as early as 2050 due to climate change. But there’s one glimmer hope on the horizon: Mars—the candy company which makes such chocolate treats as the Snickers and the Twix bar—has teamed up with the University of California on a new method that may help save future cacao crops.

No worries. By 2050 chocolate will easily be synthesized in home kitchen food replicators.

Well, I do care more about chocolate bars than I do polar bears. Too bad I’m immune to the Climate Change Chicken Little Model of propaganda.

Your boiler or hot water heater likely ran out of hot.

Is there someone you can ask for help? You don’t want those pipes to bust.

It’obvious why the alarmists in lab coats have switched from polar bears to cacao: They’ve switched from a distant concern to a potentially immediate one.

Most folks have never seen a polar bear except in a zoo, and in the wild they can be dangerous to humans.

Everyone on the other hand likes chocolate; a Three Musketeers is something you can hold in your hand. These goofball scientists want to foment fear that someday that candy bar might not be available.

Kinda like gun control: politicians who call for registration and/or confiscation of firearms are threatening someone’s right to his personal & tangible property legal to possess unless the law is changed. Hence, there is huge resistance to gun control.

Strange, isn’t it? Liberals who predict that access to your favorite candy might someday cease to exist are the ones who want to wrest your guns out of the same hands you eat with.

Yea the oil burner guy came out and said the hot water circulatory pipe for the radiators is frozen in a wall somewhere.
This happened a few years ago as well.
Gonna have to wait till the temp outside rises i guess.
Hope it doesn’t burst but it is not under the same pressure as a tap if that makes a difference..

Stop spending money on research for products like Cialis and Viagra, and instead, invest that money in research to develop a product that makes semen taste like chocolate.”

If it gets too hot in Belize, just replant in Louisiana. Then if it gets hotter, replant in Kansas. This isn’t rocket science.
