While many liberals have been quick to call for gun control in the wake of the devastating church shooting in Texas on Sunday, in the hands of a good guy a gun is what finally put an end to the massacre.
Devin Kelley, a 26-year-old veteran who was kicked out of the Air Force for assaulting his wife and child, entered the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, at approximately 11:30 a.m. He killed 26 people making it the deadliest shooting in a place of worship in America. The death toll couldve been much higher, however, had he not been engaged by an armed citizen.

We could use more details. Not that we “need” them but it could provide some answers. I didn’t think the cops had arrived yet but I don’t know. Self inflicted, cops, guys in pick up truck?
I’m betting he’s got at least two bullets in him...
Precisely. If the feds aren’t enforcing the laws we have now, why would they want even more?
If this dirtbag lied on his form 4473, why didn’t the check catch it?
Why are we plebs waiting patiently at the gun shop if they aren’t actually checking to make sure we aren’t dishonorably discharged, wife-beating lunatics, felons, illegals or any of the other things they demand to know?
Even more `laws’ only make sense to ***holes like Her Heinous the unindicted co-conspirator, Gray Beaver, Chuckles, their friends across the aisle and the rest who want “common sense gun control” ... gun confiscation.
I am going to keep repeating this:
We should lay this shooting at the feet of the left, as they inspired this with their anti-Christian hate speech.
<sigh>
Did it have the "shoulder thing that goes up"?
Maybe a flash suppressor so no one could see the YUGE muzzle flashes from the super high power ultra extreme military armor piercing ammo used. I really don’t like these people.
Hmmmm, tragic as this massacre is, I do believe that Janet Reno surpassed that number of fatalities on April 19, 1993 when upon her orders 82 Branch Davidians, including 24 children, were shot, gassed and burned in their place of worship at Mount Carmel in Waco, TX.........
Mount Carmel was a self inflicted massacre. Reno was not to blame.
(flame away, I don’t care.)
Another example of unpaid immediate responders (able-bodied citizens) taking action like our 2A was intended.
Since we are enjoined from making ad hominem attacks, I will not call you an idiot.
I will say, however, that is a totally illogical, idiotic idiotic statement.
Make us dependent on the government
Have us willingly enslave ourselves to the government
Attain pet status where the government can have us put down if we become inconvenient to the government (for "the good of the rest")
Have us attain livestock status where we exist totally at the whim of and for use by the government (liberal utopia)
Ya, criminalize the good guy. That’s their solution.
CNN just spreading more fake news.
We have this sign in our lobby facing outside. Isn’t that nice.
Yesterday in South Texas an evil God-hating man made war on unarmed Christians; men, women, and children.
Yesterday in South Texas an armed Christian, Stephen Willeford, made war back, and prevailed.
The price of liberty is eternal vigilance.
And in the end, the only real means of protecting innocent life, and preserving liberty, is an armed, prepared, willing citizenry.
And globull warming.......
Because when seconds count the police are only minutes away “A Good Guy With a Gun Put an End to Texas Church Shooting.”
Sorry...forgot that one.
I wonder what will happen with this guy. He went on a high speed chase to get the psycho. Some liberal judge might reason that he was safe and no longer needed to pursue.
According to the first eyewitness accfounts, including the one from the driver of he pickup, the police didn’t show up until several minutes after the perp had crashed his vehicle.
