DNC: White men shouldn't apply for tech jobs

Thats the message out of the Democratic National Committees hiring team, currently on the hunt to filll multiple vacancies in their tech department.
The political organization, which routinely makes grand statements about inclusion, recently sent an email to its employees looking to recruit people for eight open spots including IT Systems Administrator, Product Manager and Chief Security Officer.
Though the Oct. 30 email says that the DNC is looking for a staff of diverse voices and life experiences, it apparently doesnt mean white men.
DNCs Data Service Manager Madeleine Leader purportedly wrote in an email that the desire for diversity excludes cisgender straight white males.
Leader adds, I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, as they are already in the majority.

It is true that men are much more represented than women...but that is because there just aren't women available with the skills who are willing to take the work.
From my long experience in high tech, it seems Asian men are very well represented, as well as white men. Black and hispanic men, and women are less common. But in all the hiring I have ever been involved with, or ever seen, I have seen absolutely zero indication that it was because white men or asian men were preferred on account of gender or race. Everything...100% of it...is just based on somebody who can and will do the job at the price the company is willing to pay to get the job done.
I believe that is against the law, what they just did..............

The DNC is violating the law, you may not discriminate based on race, gender or sexual orientation. If I had applied for a job at the DNC I the last 3 years for any of these type of positions and not been hired I’d get a class action suit going against them.
It’s also against the law.
It would be hilarious is a cisgendered white straight simply told the interviewer that he was transgendered and gay, and then go the job.
He could then show up for work in all his hetero-normative glory, and watch as the employer tied itself in knots trying to fire him.
We better. It’s not like that many blacks go to the engineering schools.

I was told by SJWs that mathematics is white racism. And now whites are being told not to apply for tech jobs, which presumable require math skills to some degree. This is typical leftists psychotic ravings.
Who’s gonna get these jobs and do them well? Asians and Indians? I do not have a very high opinion of these groups. At USC there was lots of cheating by the first group. At Raytheon many in the second group didn’t understand the accountability chain (for certification) — it’s tedious work and requires a certain work ethic.
White people should avoid all television commercials since the sole intent seems to be to make them out as buffoons.

It would be so juicy if the DNC were actually sued over this by a qualified, rejected, white applicant. Of course, it would be an uphill climb, with politically oriented judges, and you’d probably have to prove a “pattern” of discrimination. Still...
This kind of hate is never prosecuted.
