KSTP, Minneapolis/St. Paul: Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension investigators were granted permission to search Justine Damonds home hours after she was shot and killed by a Minneapolis police officer, according to court records ...
"I dont understand why theyre looking for bodily fluids inside her home," said Joseph Daly, an emeritus professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, referring to one of two recently-released search warrant applications.
"Whose bodily fluids are they looking for? Is she a suspect? I don't understand why they're looking for controlled substances inside her home. I dont understand why theyre looking for writings inside her home. The warrant does not explain that to me."
A cynical mind might assume that the police, having just killed an unarmed, pajama-clad woman right outside her home after she called 911 to report a possible rape, were searching her house to find something they could use to claim it was justified. Presumably they didn't find anything, or we would've heard about it by now.

Meaning, you dont need to believe there was evidence of something in her apartment in order to search it. You need to look just in case something turns up, even if it might be unexpected.
People are constantly reading too much into everything.

Have they searched the somali’s house yet?
Yes, and immediately after the shooting, did Noor have to give a blood sample so that investigators would be able to determine what controlled substances might be in his body?
No, not even close to anything I said. You might try looking at things dispassionately. It's amazing the difference it makes.
I noted that the artile said they were granted permission. Which means no search warrant needed, and probable cause not an issue.
Could it be the cop was ‘incensed’ by the attire of the pajama clad woman and executed sharia justice upon her?
So, by your logic, Noor is being investigated even more thoroughly, as he was the killer?
If not, this is a blatant attempt to smear the victim and cover for the muzzie cop.
I assumed the article meant that the JUDGE had granted permission, although the article does nothing to make that clear. Images of the search warrant have been seen online, so probable cause was an issue. If they were already granted permission without a warrant, there wasn't much reason to go to the effort of getting one drawn up, was there?
Maybe they misread Jeff Sessions' new interpretation of the asset forfeiture laws. /s

It sounds like you'd be okay with the police getting a search warrant to search your residence, not to confirm their suspicions that you might be guilty of some criminal activity, but just to snoop through your belongings and papers to see if maybe they can find some evidence that you may have done something wrong that they aren't aware of.
In other words, this was a fishing expedition.
Good afternoon.
“what if Noor assaulted her earlier and thought she was trying to blab...”
Interesting. Goes to motive.

In her HOUSE?
Minneapolistan.
Hard to see any other explanation for the search. I don't think they were looking for anything to implicate her in any crime though. I think they were looking for anything they could use to demonize her in the press. Make the public think she deserved to die and that the world is better off without her.
the chief of police was fired because she dissed the Somali moslem killer cop...
instead of sympathizing with the queer looking jerk, she said he should never have killed an innocent white woman...
a red rag to a bull for the burka wearing mayor and her moslem cohorts...you don’t say anything bad about moslems..
Plus she never went along with the chosen story that he was the innocent victim...
NO the ultimate question is where did they find a judge who would sign off on the warrant!
Noor’s career is over, but they have to give him the due process. There may be a collective bargaining clause or civil servant protections that states that an officer cannot be fired until the internal affairs investigation is complete. That won’t be complete until the criminal investigation is complete.
IF he gets indicted, then they will move immediately to fire him.
I suspect that during the autopsy, something came back positive during the toxicology and they are seeking supportive evidence. They expect to be sued and are looking for mitigation.
Theyre not investigating the killer cop...they have even arrested him after 2 weeks...
hes not even called a Somali in the media any more while his victim is still called an Australian...
they don’t call him an immigrant but they do her..
they don’t call him a moslems but they have doubled-down with the adjectives for her: yoga teacher, wearing pajamas, spiritualist, etc etc
Hes a Minneapolis police officer ...shes everything they can make to look less than...
He murdered an innocent civilian...she “slapped” a car...
Its just part of a planned pattern to make the Somali moslem killer the victim...
if she did it may have been to stop them as they drove slowly down the alley...to attract their attention...perfectly normal behavior...
heres an oddity...
she was standing at the FRONT drivers side open window talking to the driver, but I read something the other day where there was blood on the REAR drivers side door...
did she fall sidewards against the back door ???
wouldn’t she have gone backwards away from the car ???
was they all standing outside near the car when the killer blew her away as some have suggested ???
